- Punctual, dedicated and professional with respect to the Industrial Company servicing.
- Able to diagnose, schedule, service and prepare reports of maintained commercial HVAC equipment.
- Some project management experience with developing an improvement or replacement plan of deteriorating HVAC equipment.
- Supervise and work with others on the site, as team or independently.
- Communicate site polices and enforce safety procedures, including OSHA compliances.
- Good communication skills orally, written and computer. (computer skills needed)
- Good driving record with valid driver’s license at least 18 years old.
